Sound Sync is a package of sound controlled plug-in filters. The sound file format has to be AIFF. Note, AE dosen't like sound files with the extent .AIFF. First you import the sound you want to use into AE. Then you choose the Sound Sync effect you like to use and it will prompt you to locate the sound file on your disk again. Then you can start to experiment with the controls of the filter to create the effect you like to have. They can be controlled over time.
